Review of platinum-group element distribution and mineralogy

Chromite is mined in different regions of Iran, and the geology of the chromite deposits and the economic significance of the chromite-producing regions of Iran have been discussed in several publications (Hillebrand, 1983, Schmidt, 1974, Schürenberg, 1959, Weber-Diefenbach and Davouadzadeh, 1998, Yaghubpur and Hassannejad, The chromite from the Bulqiza Mine falls in the high Cr# section of the podiform chromite field, representing high-Cr and low-Al spinel (Fig. 5a). ; Jannessary et al. 2012; González-JiménezChromitite textures in southern Iran. Heavy metal concentration in the soils and sediments has increased worldwide during the last century due to the mining, smelting, and industrial activities. The Forumad chromite deposit is located in the Sabzevar ophiolitic complex (SOC), with a long history of mining activities, yet very little is known about the heavy metal contamination in Chromite (Cr) occurs exclusively in mafic and ultramafic igneous rocks (Papp and Lipin, 2006).Although some Cr-based minerals such as crocoite (PbCrO 4), vauquelinite (Pb 2 Cu[CrO 4][PO 4]), uvarovite (Ca 3 Cr 2 [SiO 4] 3), and merumite (4(Cr,Al) 2 O 3 3H 2 O) are well known, chromite (FeCr 2 O 4) is the only one that is a Chromite ScienceDirect

Influence law of multipoint vibration load on slope stability

The purpose of this work was to explore the influence law of vibration load on rock mass structure and slope stability. Based on the type and transmission way of vibration stress wave, the main stress in the horizontal and vertical directions was analyzed and the superposition effect of the stress wave was revealed.
